Samuel Group D.C. is pleased to announce the launch of its 2027 U.S. – Indo-Pacific Roundtable Series, a new initiative focused on strengthening the Allied defense industrial base through enhanced cooperation, strategic dialogue, and industrial partnerships between the United States and key Indo-Pacific partners.

The series will be hosted by Simon Lee, Senior Advisor at Samuel Group D.C., a former U.S. Department of State official and experienced international industry consultant with extensive expertise in Indo-Pacific affairs, government engagement, and defense industrial cooperation.

The initiative will bring together government officials, defense industry leaders, policy experts, and strategic stakeholders to examine opportunities for strengthening industrial capacity, advancing technological cooperation, securing critical supply chains, and improving defense industrial resilience.

Advancing Allied Defense Industrial Cooperation

As the United States and its Indo-Pacific partners respond to evolving security requirements, strengthening the Allied defense industrial base has become increasingly important to collective readiness, industrial resilience, and long-term strategic cooperation.

Through this series, Samuel Group D.C. aims to provide a focused platform for constructive dialogue, facilitate connections between government and industry, and identify practical opportunities for greater defense industrial collaboration across the Indo-Pacific region.

The roundtables will emphasize the relationship between national defense priorities, industrial capabilities, emerging technologies, and the partnerships necessary to support a more integrated and resilient Allied defense industrial base.
