WASHINGTON, D.C. — Samuel Group Inc. today announced the expansion of its presence in Washington, D.C., and the relocation of its U.S. operations to new executive facilities in the heart of the nation’s capital.

Effective August 1, 2026, Samuel Group’s Washington operations will be based at:

Samuel Group Inc.
1025 Connecticut Avenue NW
Suite 1001
Washington, DC 20036

The expansion reflects the continued growth of Samuel Group’s international practice and a fundamental principle that has long shaped the firm’s approach: in Washington, presence matters.

In the United States capital, consequential decisions are shaped through sustained engagement among government, the defense establishment, industry, Congress, the diplomatic community, and America’s allies and partners. Understanding that environment requires more than observing Washington from a distance. It requires being present—building relationships over time, understanding institutions and their decision-making cultures, and engaging directly in the conversations that shape policy, investment, capability, and national security.

Samuel Group’s continued investment and growth in Washington distinguish the firm as it builds one of America’s most trusted defense advisory and strategic government relations platforms. The firm’s expanded presence reflects a long-term commitment to the U.S. market and to the clients and partners who rely upon experienced counsel, sound judgment, discretion, and sustained engagement at the center of American and allied decision-making.

From Washington, D.C. and Ottawa, Canada, Samuel Group advises American, Canadian, European, Japanese, South Korean, Singaporean, and other international clients whose work intersects with government, industry, defense, and national security. Across jurisdictions, the firm provides strategic counsel to organizations seeking to understand complex institutional environments, engage effectively with government and industry, develop enduring relationships, and advance opportunities of strategic consequence.

The expanded Washington facilities will provide a setting for senior-level consultations, executive briefings, strategic dialogue, and select gatherings of leaders from government, industry, and the broader defense and national security community. The expansion will further strengthen the firm’s capacity to connect perspectives, institutions, and opportunities across the United States, Canada, Europe, the Indo-Pacific, and the wider community of allied and partner nations.

“In Washington, presence and proximity matters. The most consequential relationships are built over time, and the most complex challenges require sustained engagement, institutional understanding, and the ability to bring the right people together. Our continued investment in Washington reflects our commitment to being present for our clients where decisions are made and where the future of American and allied defense and security is being shaped. We are building for the long term.”

— Goran Samuel Pesic, President and CEO, Samuel Group Inc.

The Washington expansion builds upon Samuel Group’s established Canadian operations and its growing international mandate. As one of the world’s principal centers of defense, national security, diplomacy, public policy and industrial strategy, Washington is central to the firm’s work with organizations operating across American, allied, and international markets.

The new executive office represents more than an expansion of physical space. It is a long-term investment in the business platform Samuel Group is building: an international advisory firm grounded in judgment, discretion, trusted relationships, and a sustained understanding of the institutions that shape consequential decisions.

For Samuel Group, being in Washington is not simply a matter of address. It is a commitment to presence, proximity, and participation.

Samuel Group looks forward to welcoming clients, government and industry leaders, strategic partners, and colleagues to a forthcoming opening reception at its new Washington, D.C. office.
